It’s a very special weekend for FC Halifax Town, who head to Wembley for the finals for the FA Trophy, and we would like to wish them the best of luck, we hope they bring the trophy home with them! #shaymen

There are lots of great things going on at Bankfield Museum including John Holland’s Local Landscapes, Opening The Wardrobe, and A Hat For All Seasons, and at Smith Art Gallery in Brighouse you can see Highlights from the Smith Collection a collection of paintings from Alderman William Smith (1839-1922), who was Mayor of Brighouse from 1893-1895 and 1904-1907, and his wife Susannah (1838-1916).
