In the scenic valley of Walsden, a branch of the Upper Calder Valley, a visit to Gordon Riggs Todmorden also makes for a great day out in the countryside that can be enjoyed by all ages.

We stock a wide variety of products including an extensive houseplant department as well as a huge selection of outdoor plants, trees and shrubs; a full range of garden chemicals, tools and accessories; bird care; sheds, garden sculptures, stoneware, compost and landscaping materials; a farm shop with the best local and regional products including a butchers, cheese and deli counter; a floristry department offering a personal and tailored floristry service for wedding, occasion and sympathy flowers as well as cut flowers, bouquets and arrangements; silk flowers, homeware, gifts; a pets and aquatics department with tropical, cold water and marine fish and of course pet supplies for all pets great and small.

Once you’ve seen all that you’ll be glad of our on-site Gordons Garden Tea Rooms for a sit down and some well-deserved refreshments while you take in the view.  Our Tea Room offers table service upon ordering at the counter and has both indoor and outdoor seating areas allowing you to enjoy the scenery in the picturesque valley of Walsden. Luxury fleece blankets are also provided for anyone feeling the chill.
