Each of our three cottages offers accommodation for two people, with a double bedroom, bathroom, living/dining room with TV and DVD player, modern fitted kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, electric oven and full utensils. A utility room is also available fitted with a washer, dryer and freezer. The proprietors living in the adjacent farm house and have a wealth of local knowledge they are happy to share with you to make your stay a memorable one. Pets accepted with prior arrangement. We have an Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Point: 1 x 7kW 32A Type 2 Mennekes, ZeroNet. Short breaks are also available, please contact us for details. -

Flutter-Bites Cafe is located in the beautiful Manor Heath Park, close to the children's play area, water park, Walled Garden and Jungle Experience.
You can eat in sat at our indoor or outdoor seating area, or takeaway to sit in the park (please dispose of any rubbish considerately).
We serve teas, coffees and cold drinks, cakes, sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes, chocolates, crisps and soups.
Dogs are welcome in our outdoor seating area, so do stop off for a drink and some cake the next time you're walking your pooch.
Children's Jungle Parties are available at the nearby Manor Heath Jungle Experience. We provide lunch boxes with a sandwich, yoghurt, piece of fruit and a drink and the kids can enjoy their lunch in an area of the Jungle Experience exclusively dedicated to your party. (Minimum of 12 children, aged 10 years and under, with a minimum of 2 adults. Lunch Boxes £3.50 each. 50% deposit required. Bring your own cake and party bags.)
Opening Hours for the cafe are seasonal. In the summer months we're open 7 days a week 9.30am - 4pm. In Winter we open 9.30am-1pm Monday to wednesday and 9.30am-3pm Thursday to Sunday, weather permitting. If you're nearby and unsure if we're open or not, give us a call on 01422 362112 to find out.

Wi fi is available throughout and Netflix on both televisions free of charge. Delf Nook has its own private parking area and seating area. Access to the main garden and our private woodland is also available. We are happy to offer a laundry service if required. We are present on site for most of the time but can always be reached via mobile phone. We like to offer our guests a welcome gift on arrival. Basics, such as tea, coffee, sugar and cooking oil are also provided. -

Inside you'll find an eclectic mix of decor and vintage furnishings including a 'front room' with comfy sofas. We have 8 beers on draft or tap, 100+ spirits including around 40+ gins, quality Halifax Wine Co wine, tea and coffee. Tuesday is our events night with music, our Grayston Voices night of guest speakers and the occasional bit of theatre in the back room too. Our lazy Sunday's include free tea and coffee, ale of the day £2.50 pint, selected wine £10 a bottle, free papers (till 5pm). Family friendly till 7pm. Friendly, warm and not shouty. That’s us. The church of St John the Baptist Halifax was given its Minster status in 2009 in recognition of its important role in the civic life of the town and borough. Visit Halifax Minster to enjoy a tour of the beautiful and historic interior of the building, the beautiful stained glass and painted wooden ceiling panels. Look out for the mice carved into the Thompson chairs in the Wellington Chapel! Children can enjoy Halifax Minster too. When you arrive with the kids you have free use of a backpack containing a short guide around the Minster, an eye-spy guide to the 16 stained-glass windows, paper, pencils and crayons to make drawings of all the interesting things you'll find and a torch to help you find them! Enjoy organ recitals on Thursdays at 1pm from March to end of October. Lunch (£4) is available from 12.15pm. There are also regular performances by the Minster Choir, our Summer festival in June & July and other events throughout the year. Entrance to Halifax Minster is FREE, with donations welcome to help us maintain and preserve this beautiful building for future generations to enjoy. -
