Elder comes from the team behind The Bootleg Belly pop-up restaurants who offer their alternative take on the great British larder. Owner and Head Chef Justin started out in catering at restaurants in London and Leeds, including Head Chef at Kendall's Bistro and Head of Food Development at Friends of Ham. The focus for the team over the last few years has been hosting pop-up restaurants and bringing their street food offering to festivals and events - appearing in random locations across the north of England, Scotland and Wales and testing out flavour cominations of all things British, tasty and different. Elder now brings to Halifax a modern, delicious take on the British menu - open daily serving breakfast, lunch and dinner matched with a great wine list, craft beers and locally roasted coffee.
