    Large, well-equipped property, ideally located for access to the Pennines and Calderdale Way. Property is secluded, yet the town centre is not far away for local amenities. Good bus and train links to Hebden Bridge & Hollingworth Lake. Shoebroad Barn is set amongst the Pennines on the outskirts of Todmorden, one mile from the town centre, affording beautiful views in all directions. The property offers seclusion, country life, easy walking or harder stretches for the more advanced, adjacent to the Pennine Way, Calderdale Way and the Mary Townley Loop. Being situated in the heart of the Pennines, Todmorden is within easy reach of many places of interest in both Yorkshire and Lancashire. There is a nearby horse riding facility, fishing/bird watching and stabling if necessary. This is a large property for family gatherings or reunions in a quiet location but within easy reach of good hilltop pubs/eating places, local amenities, train and bus station. Right on the Pennine Way and close to Hebden Bridge and Todmorden, this is the ideal destination for a lovely break away with your family or friends. This characterful holiday home is nestled within the owner's grounds, with horses grazing in the fields and gentle lakes you can walk around, before spending your down time within the cosy sitting room. You can sink into the sofa on a cool wintry evening and get toasty and warm by the fire as you catch up on your favourite TV shows. Use the kitchen next door to rustle up a home-cooked meal and get together around the dining table to discuss plans for the following day. Later, choose from a super king-size bedroom upstairs, which has zip/link beds for flexibility, or catch your rest in the single room. They are each served by the well-appointed shower room and boast remarkable views of rolling hills and vales. Outside, you have your very own private patio area for soaking up a balmy afternoon with a drink and you can greet the horses over the fence. No smoking and no pets allowed. Jerusalem Farm worked closely with the parents and carers of disabled children and young people, developng the converted barn to ensure that the facility can be easily used by all visitors. The three bedroom accommodation has an adjacent car park with a wheelchair friendly pathway to the barn. Inside, the barn has been designed so that disabled children, young people and their families have all the equipment they need. There's a spacious, specially adapted bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a hoist which can carry people from the bed to the bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has also been tailored for wheelchair users, with work surfaces and cooking equipment lowered in height. It is a listed building with some historical and architectural interest, lying in the Pennine hills between Todmorden and Hebden Bridge. Many walks can be made from the cottage. The Pennine and Calderdale Ways, on which lies Stoodley Pike, traverse the ridge of hills behind the property and the Rochdale/Leeds Canal with towpath walks runs through the valley beneath. Todmorden with its shops and market is two miles away and can be reached by bus. Hebden Bridge, Howarth and the Bronte country, the Worth Valley Steam Railway, Halifax with the Piece Hall, the Eureka Museum and theatres are all within easy reach.
