    Halstead Green is a 5 double/twin bedroom former farm house and barn in the hamlet of Colden, about two miles north-west of Hebden Bridge and near the historic village of Heptonstall. The property comprises two sitting rooms, a kitchen, dining and living area, five double/twin bedrooms and a four piece bathroom suite with walk in shower. The house has oil central heating and log-burning stoves. The garden is a fantastic size and fully surrounds the house. There is stone flagging and lawns to the rear, side and front bordered by a stone wall and large well-established gardens with mature trees and shrubs. Parking is available for several cars. Halstead Green is a non-smoking house.

Delf Nook has its own outdoor seating area with gas BBQ. Inside is a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, shower room with large walk-in shower, bedroom with king size bed and flat screen tv and lounge area with dining table and large flat screen tv. Wi fi is available throughout and Netflix on both televisions free of charge. Delf Nook has its own private parking area and seating area. Access to the main garden and our private woodland is also available. We are happy to offer a laundry service if required. We are present on site for most of the time but can always be reached via mobile phone. We like to offer our guests a welcome gift on arrival.
