    A warm welcome awaits at our beautiful character cottage. The cottage is set back from the main road with a gate off the footpath and a grass verge in front. If you're on public transport you'll love the fact that you can see all the way up Burnley Road and can spot the bus on its way down so there's no hanging about at the bus stop - which is located only a few meters from your front door so you can step outside just as it comes! The front door leads into a vestibule and then into the main living area. The living room is spacious with comfy seating and a good sized TV. An ideal space to kick off your shoes and relax in front of the fire. The under stairs cupboard is accessed from the living room and here you'll find a place to store your coats (as well as the vac, fire extinguisher and laundry equipment etc). The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, built in double oven, microwave, separate fridge and freezer and a washing machine. There's miles of worktop space and storage so if you're here for a longer stay you can make it your home and get stuck into some cooking! The back door leads straight onto a very pleasant 'open back' which means there are no fences between you and the neighbours. This was how it used to be and you'll see the out buildings where the toilet and coal stores were. It's a good place to sit outside on a sunny day. Rodney and Jean live next door and have done for the past few decades so feel free to have a chat and find out more local info. The stairs come off the kitchen and directly at the top of the stairs is the double bedroom. We want you to have everything you need and be comfortable. The mattress is thick and comfy and the curtains have blackout lining. We've also included coat hangers and a hairdryer. The single room also benefits from a quality mattress. Its spacious too - with an area for the bed and then fitted wardrobes and a dressing table at the other end. If you need the space for an office this works well. After all your Yorkshire escapades you'll want a proper shower and this one won't disappoint. A huge double shower is fed from the combi boiler, giving you unlimited hot water. The shower room is fully tiled with a good sized sink and modern loo (no, we don't make you use the outside one!) FREE on street parking is available.

Want to go walking, cycling, mountain biking or horse riding in the area? You've come to the right place! We have lots of routes for all ages and abilities, from a quiet stroll along the canal towpath, to a bike ride that will test your endurance and provide a few white knuckle moments. The Pennines are wild and wonderful, a land of steep-sided valleys, heather-covered moorland, canals, reservoirs and packhorse trails. The people who live here describe it as 'spectacular', 'inspiring', 'breathtaking' and 'dramatic.' It's a place where you'll find intense local pride - people who are passionate about the area and want to share what they know. Cyclists and mountain bikers are spoiled for choice too: two national cycle routes come our way, whilst there's ample opportunity for off-road adventure on the Pennine moorland bridleways. Belle Vue Barn offers a fantastic opportunity to bring your own horse and enjoy some of the routes once trodden by packhorse trains, carrying cloth across the Pennine moors. The first long-distance trail designed for riders, the Pennine Bridleway National Trail is becoming one of the most well-known horse riding trails in the UK. Threading through the Pennine hills, it combines historic packhorse routes with specially created paths. The Pennine Bridleway and the Mary Townley Loop give the opportunity for long distance rides for the fitter horse and rider. We have three E.V. (Electric Vehicle) charge points installed at Belle Vue Barn; two Tesla vehicle charge points and one Universal. They are all 7KW points and classed as 'fast' charge points by Tesla. The chargers will charge all EVs, type 1 and type 2 and useage is free to customers renting Belle Vue Barn.

Jerusalem Farm worked closely with the parents and carers of disabled children and young people, developng the converted barn to ensure that the facility can be easily used by all visitors. The welcoming atmosphere, stunning scenery and accessible overnight facilities ensure that it's a great place for a relaxing break. The three bedroom accommodation has an adjacent car park with a wheelchair friendly pathway to the barn. Inside, the barn has been designed so that disabled children, young people and their families have all the equipment they need. There's a spacious, specially adapted bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a hoist which can carry people from the bed to the bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has also been tailored for wheelchair users, with work surfaces and cooking equipment lowered in height.     Old Town Hall Cottage is a comfortably appointed early 17th Century cottage in the historic hamlet of Old Town which was mentioned in the Doomsday Book. The cottage is only one mile from the tourist township of Hebden Bridge. The cottage was built around 1610 and was originally part of Old Town Hall - the principal dwelling house in Old Town. The cottage has been recently renovated by the current owners, which has revealed many original features such as the original stone fireplace, mullion windows and lovely oak beams. The accommodation comprises: Entrance porch with original stonework, leading into: Lounge of generous proportions (16ft square), which is comfortably furnished and includes TV, DVD player, music system, including tape, CD and radio. A selection of books, CD's and DVD's are available within the cottage for guest use. The original stone fireplace now houses a wood burning stove (gas fuelled). There are also exposed stone mullion windows and original oak beams. The lounge is fully carpeted, has fully co-ordinated soft furnishings and is tastefully decorated. Dining kitchen - fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Ample cupboard and storage space, dining table and chairs with terracotta tiled floor. Feature open staircase leading from the lounge to a small landing area. Bathroom with three piece suite, shower over the bath, large airing cupboard, tiled floor, pleasant and secluded outlook over the surrounding countryside. Double bedroom - with double divan bed, dressing table and mirror ample fitted wardrobes and drawer space. Hairdryer also provided. Private parking for two cars alongside the cottage garden and small patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. The village of Old Town has two public houses selling traditional beers and providing home cooked pub food; both are within 0.5 miles of the cottage. Set in spectacular scenery, the cottage is an excellent base for walking, cycling and is only a 15 minute drive away from historic Haworth, the home of the Brontes, and the Keighley and Worth Valley Steam Railway.

Packhorse Stables boasts outstanding views across the unspoilt Colden Valley, yet is only a 30 minute woodland walk to the historic market town of Hebden Bridge which offers an eclectic selection of amenities. The front stable-door opens into a large open plan living/dining area. The living area comprises one sofa (can be converted to a bed), comfy chair, wood burning stove, underfloor heating, wall-mounted flat screen TV with free-view and DVD player. The Dining area has a wooden table, bookcase with a wide range of books and tourist information, stereo CD and ipod docking station. Local craftsmen have been used to supply the furnishings and fittings where possible and most is available to buy in Hebden Bridge. Fully- fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave, large fridge/freezer, slow cooker, extensive cookware and crockery. Two large windows, one offering beautiful views of the garden and the second overlooking the front patio. Wild pheasants love to be fed here and we have two resident Little owls and woodpeckers. Parking for 2 cars on a private drive, access to both front and back doors can be reached avoiding steps. Bedlinen, towels, gas, electricity and starter pack for woodburner all included in the price. We can offer champagne/evening platters/chocolates on arrival….perfect for anniversaries/birthdays and we are very popular for honeymoon couples….please ask when booking
