    Two warm, comfortable stone cottages close to quiet rural village with good pubs and restaurants nearby. Two acres of south-facing woodland and heather garden with direct access to the open countryside and footpaths. Superb Pennine views. At Cherry Tree Cottages we have two warm, traditional, stone cottages, set in two acres of natural heather and woodland garden, with extensive views over the Black Brook valley and attractive South Pennines. Both our cottages have direct access to open countryside and footpaths. We are in a country location within 15 minutes of either Halifax or Huddersfield town centres, and are ideally situated for exploring Bronte Country and historic West Yorkshire. The major tourist attractions of Leeds, Manchester and York are within easy travelling distance. The cottages are fully equipped and furnished to four stars standard and are connected to a wireless broadband network for free internet and email access. Central heating and linen are included, and there are no extras of any kind. Laundry and drying facilities are provided in the cottage. We have an extensive garden area with good dog walking direct from the doorstep. Short break and mid-week holidays are available all year.Please check our website for late availability and part weeks at discount.     Welcome to Upper Snape Cottage, a 17th Century home nestled into the beautiful hillside of the Calder Valley. Recently refurbished with many of its original features, Upper Snape Cottage offers picturesque views of the Yorkshire hills and a private garden for your enjoyment. With numerous walking trails on your doorstep and local pubs nearby, you'll always have an excuse to pull on your walking boots and quench your thirst with a real ale pint! Summer or winter, enjoy this spectacular home. Enjoy the large kitchen area with downstairs cloakroom, open log fires, a spacious comfortable lounge with log burner complete with TV accessing Now TV so you can watch Box sets and other various channels for a cosy night in. You'll have the choice of three bedrooms and stunning views from each. There's a large bathroom off the upstairs hallway and en-suite access from one of the double rooms. With a large garden, courtyard and private gate access you'll have the choice of garage or street parking for up to three cars.
