    Large, well-equipped property, ideally located for access to the Pennines and Calderdale Way. Property is secluded, yet the town centre is not far away for local amenities. Good bus and train links to Hebden Bridge & Hollingworth Lake. Shoebroad Barn is set amongst the Pennines on the outskirts of Todmorden, one mile from the town centre, affording beautiful views in all directions. The property offers seclusion, country life, easy walking or harder stretches for the more advanced, adjacent to the Pennine Way, Calderdale Way and the Mary Townley Loop. Being situated in the heart of the Pennines, Todmorden is within easy reach of many places of interest in both Yorkshire and Lancashire. There is a nearby horse riding facility, fishing/bird watching and stabling if necessary. This is a large property for family gatherings or reunions in a quiet location but within easy reach of good hilltop pubs/eating places, local amenities, train and bus station. The Rochdale Canal passes through the town. There are four bedrooms. 1 double. 1 twin, en-suite. 1 twin, sharingbathroom. 1 family room sleeping 4/5 people

    Delf Nook is a newly renovated property, set in woodland in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, sleeping up to 4. We also welcome up to two well behaved dogs. Delf Nook has its own outdoor seating area with gas BBQ. Inside is a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, shower room with large walk-in shower, bedroom with king size bed and flat screen tv and lounge area with dining table and large flat screen tv. Wi fi is available throughout and Netflix on both televisions free of charge. Delf Nook has its own private parking area and seating area. Access to the main garden and our private woodland is also available. We are happy to offer a laundry service if required. We are present on site for most of the time but can always be reached via mobile phone. We like to offer our guests a welcome gift on arrival. Basics, such as tea, coffee, sugar and cooking oil are also provided.

The apartment is accessed through a private door and staircase leading up to the first floor. Here you’ll find the living room, master bedroom, kitchen and main bathroom. A lovely hallway and staircase takes you to the mezzanine bedroom, twin bedroom (with adjoining balcony) and second bathroom. We are dog friendly, however we do ask they are kept out of the bedroom areas. You also have access to a private yard at the rear of the apartment to wash muddy boots and muddy paws before entering the apartment after your daily adventures! The apartment is situated on a pedestrian only street however loading/unloading is permitted before 10am and after 4pm

Right on the Pennine Way and close to Hebden Bridge and Todmorden, this is the ideal destination for a lovely break away with your family or friends. This characterful holiday home is nestled within the owner's grounds, with horses grazing in the fields and gentle lakes you can walk around, before spending your down time within the cosy sitting room. You can sink into the sofa on a cool wintry evening and get toasty and warm by the fire as you catch up on your favourite TV shows. Use the kitchen next door to rustle up a home-cooked meal and get together around the dining table to discuss plans for the following day. Later, choose from a super king-size bedroom upstairs, which has zip/link beds for flexibility, or catch your rest in the single room. They are each served by the well-appointed shower room and boast remarkable views of rolling hills and vales. Outside, you have your very own private patio area for soaking up a balmy afternoon with a drink and you can greet the horses over the fence. No smoking and no pets allowed. We do not accept children under the age of 14.

Nestle in your own little patch of harmony in this quaint two-bedroom Victorian cottage, encompassed by its own garden. You’ll be at the pillared entrance to the Hardcastle Crags estate with its wooded valley unfolding before you. From here you’ll have a network of walking trails that pass tumbling waterfalls, rocky streams and otherworldly rock formations that rise from the dense woodlands. There’s also a former mill at its heart which is now a visitor centre. And if you have dogs, there’s no need to leave them behind as The Lodge can cater for two pups. I’m sure they’ll love a snuggle by the log-burner after a long day of walking. The superb50 mile walking route The Calderdale Way, which circles the borough, runs closely past the Lodge. From here, the market town of Hebden Bridge is only two miles away and the city of Halifax is just 10 miles to the east. You’re also about an hours’ drive from the Yorkshire Dales which is to the north. We are pet friendly - 2 dogs are welcome to stay at The Lodge.
