    This converted stone cottage, set on a working farm, is nestled down a quiet country lane just outside the village of Ripponden in the Ryburn Valley. The cottage retains some of its original features, inside you will find a luxurious open-plan living room with exposed beams and underfloor heating and flagstone floors The sitting room boasts a charming woodburner set within the inglenook, and mullioned windows are filled with green landscape scenery from outside. The kitchen is contemporary in style with spotlight illuminating the good quality fixtures. Climb the plush carpeted staircase to the modern bathroom at the top and indulge in a nice hot soak in the roll top bath. The well-presented bedrooms offer zip and link beds to suit your preferred choice of sleeping arrangements. Off-road parking is available at the front of the house, and a lovely enclosed garden at the side. Sit outside with views across to the moors while you sip a lovely glass of wine on a sunny afternoon, or relax in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the local area.

All the apartments above the ground floor enjoy extensive views across Hebden Bridge and the surrounding countryside. The apartments have been furnished in a modern and contemporary style with oak wooden floors. Each apartment has parking for one car and all upper floors are accessed via the lift, or you can climb the exterior wooden stairs and use the covered walkways. There is a large separate roof garden/conservatory on the third floor which is available at an additional charge and is ideal for small family parties. The popular town of Hebden Bridge was recently voted best town in Britain for its mix of independent shops, buzzing cafes and bars alongside galleries, gift shops and organic food outlets. The area is steeped in fascinating industrial and social history, with the Rochdale and Calder and Hebble Navigation Canals and old mill towns such as Halifax, Sowerby Bridge, Todmorden, Mytholmroyd and Haworth nearby. With walking, cycling, touring or simply pottering about straight from the door, the apartments are an ideal base for exploring Yorkshire and Lancashire. Nestled on the edge of Broadhead Clough Nature reserve in Cragg Vale we are a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and so need to protect our environment as a priority. We are linked to both the Pennine Way and Calderdale Way walking routes, as well as many interesting and local walks in Cragg Vale and the unique town of Hebden Bridge. We offer superior, self contained B&B accommodation for walkers and lovers of the great outdoors. We are a little bit different in our location. Bring your wellies, stroll along enjoying the views and arrive to a homely, warm welcome. Our three bedrooms are a haven for walkers. The daytime exhibition space doubles as a space for guests to enjoy a meal, rest their weary limbs, and enjoy some time to plan the following day’s activity. All our guests are invited to make themselves at home and have the option to cook for themselves or be served a home cooked meal of their choice. The highest standards of comfort are available at affordable and competitive prices. We want you to come to us with as little ‘baggage’ as possible. The little feet in our logo really are significant and so we’d like for you to get to us by foot. We have some safe parking nearby so there really is no excuse.
