Funky Fireside Cottage

Fireside Cottage is a beautifully renovated quirky cottage in Warley Halifax where you can relax by one of the three cosy open fires and take in the surrounding hills .

Perfect peaceful healing space after a gig in town.

A short drive , local bus or taxi from here will get you to the Piece Hall in ten minutes or so and there are two fantastic country pubs within walking distance that both serve great food.

Local buses run to Hebden Bridge and Halifax

Sowerby Bridge train station not too far down the hill provides access to further afield .

Howarth and Shibden a short drive away. Or why not enjoy a walk to Bob’s Tea Rooms and try their famous cakes in an outdoor country setting . ( Dogs welcome )

The cottage has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a superking with a beautiful fireplace and the bathroom is en-suite.

Please note due to the quirky layout that the second bedroom is more an occasional bedroom and is more of a funky fairy lights zen den feel as it’s built into the hill and the bathroom is the en-suite off the main bedroom although there is a second toilet in the entrance to the cottage so no disturbing anyone necessary.
