Beech House

Beech House is a large property renovated in 2014 situated on the hillside overlooking Hebden Bridge.

It offers a self contained holiday let with quiet accommodation off of the main road, yet only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Hebden Bridge, and 5 minutes walk the the railway station with it’s excellent bus and train service.

There is ample off-road parking for up to five vehicles and a Zappi car charger is available for use (guest to supply own lead).

The ground floor comprises a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and dining table.

There is a separate lobby with a downstairs toilet and outside storage for bicycles etc.

The large comfortable lounge has sofas, coffee table, freesat tv / dvd player, a Wurlitzer, a touch screen jukebox and a flame effect fire. There are a selection of games and books. Patio doors lead on to the patio area which has garden furniture. Unlimited broadband access is always available.

The two main letting bedrooms can be configured for twin or super king size double and both have ensuite bathrooms. The beds have Limoges 1500 pocket sprung mattresses for a good nights sleep.

The self contained holiday let, which comprises one half of the house, has two ensuite bedrooms, accommodates four people and is completely self contained. The accommodation can be increased up to six for an extra charge.

All bedrooms have TV, hair dryer and come with all towels and toiletries.

A high chair and travel cot is available but bed linen for this is not provided.
