Event description
Welland is a one-day festival that focuses on connection, expression, and shared experiences through creativity. It’s an opportunity for everyone to enjoy creative health experiences, provided and led by local artists, practitioners, and community members who specialise in offering creative wellbeing activities in our community.
In 2024, Welland is part of CultureDale, the year of culture in Calderdale!
10am – 4pm: drop-in activities and workshops. No need to book, just pop in! Workshops have limited spaces.
6pm – 8.30pm: a special evening of performance including Annapurna Indian dance, Elland silver Community Band, creative writing, poetry and more! Tickets are free but please reserve yours through Eventbrite.
