The Searchers: Thank You Tour 2023

When the Searchers announced the end of their touring years in 2018, they left behind them a legion of devoted fans and supporters who were shocked and saddened that they would no longer be able to enjoy the concerts and the music that over six decades had become such an important part of their lives.

We are very happy to announce that The Searchers have decided to return to the Victoria Theatre Halifax for just one more tour in the Spring of 2023 as a fit and proper way of showing appreciation to all those who gave them a wonderful and successful career.

Their all-evening presentations, so professionally put together and packed with their chart hits and more, have made them a major attraction in theatres across the U.K. Sweets For My Sweet, Needles & Pins, When You Walk In The Room, Goodbye My Love, Don`t Throw Your Love Away, Sugar & Spice, What Have They Done To The Rain. Just a selection of their thirteen entries into the British charts. Songs that are the soundtrack to our lives. Don`t miss your very last chance to catch the final appearance of a truly legendary band. Appropriately the tour, at the request of The Searchers themselves, has been given a title. THANK YOU.

Wheelchair access

Following recent improvements to the stalls seating area, we now offer easier access and better viewing locations for wheelchair users. So you can be assured of a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we have level access to the stalls from Commercial Street and provide two accessible toilets on the stalls level.

Hearing Impaired

The Victoria Theatre has an induction loop for hearing aid users in the auditorium and Box Office.

Additionally the Victoria Theatre now offers an infra-red audio system allowing customers in the Stalls and The Circle and to individually adjust the volume of the performance.

Visual Impairments

We now offer versions of our seasonal brochure in large print. Please contact the box office to request copies to be sent to you.

Guide dogs are welcome and we will be pleased to provide a bowl of water on request.
