Lace up your walking shoes and join us on Saturday 12th September for a truly unforgettable evening as we light up the night at the Overgate Hospice Midnight Walk.
Starting from Dean Clough in Halifax, this inspiring event brings our community together for a powerful cause. As the sun sets and the stars come out, hundreds of walkers will step out in solidarity, raising vital funds to support the compassionate care provided by Overgate Hospice.
This isn’t just a walk — it’s an experience. It’s a chance to gather with friends, family, and colleagues, to share stories, remember loved ones, and celebrate the incredible strength of our community. Whether you’re taking part in memory of someone special, showing your support for local hospice care, or simply looking for a meaningful and uplifting night out, the Midnight Walk offers something truly special.
All participants will take on a 10-mile route through the streets of Calderdale, creating a glowing trail of support and hope as we walk together into the night. The atmosphere is always electric, filled with music, laughter, reflection, and a shared determination to make a difference.
Everyone is welcome — seasoned walkers and first-timers alike. What matters most isn’t how fast you go, but that you take part and help raise essential funds for local patients and families who rely on Overgate’s care.
