Overgate’s brightest event of the year is back — and it’s bigger, bolder, and more colourful than ever!
If you haven’t heard of a colour run, get ready to be amazed. Our 5km route is packed with energy, excitement, and bursts of vibrant coloured powder thrown at intervals along the way. By the time you cross the finish line, you’ll be transformed into a walking rainbow — and that’s just the beginning.
The real celebration starts at the finish with our epic Colour Party. Expect music pumping, crowds cheering, clouds of colour filling the air, and an atmosphere you won’t want to miss. Whether you run, jog, dance, or stroll your way around the course, this event is all about fun, laughter, and making unforgettable memories.
Join us on Saturday 11th July 2026 at 11am at Savile Park, in the heart of Halifax.
Most importantly, every step you take and every splash of colour helps raise vital funds for Overgate Hospice. By taking part, you’ll be supporting local patients and families across Calderdale, ensuring they receive compassionate care when they need it the most.
