A talk by Anne Kirker. Laura Annie Willson is soon to be celebrated with a Blue Plaque by Halifax Civic Trust. Calderdale MBC have named the new canal bridge connecting A629 to new roundabout on Stainland Road the ‘Laura Annie Willson Bridge.’
All are welcome. Free entry to members of Calderdale Industrial Museum Association, £4 to visitors. Tea/coffee/biscuits will be available for a small donation.
Entrance fee: £5 per adult. (Free for CIMA members). Refreshments available by donation. Payment can be made by card or cash.
Calderdale Industrial Museum is Open Saturdays 10am – 4pm and also Thursdays in the School Holidays
Accessibility Information;
- Access is to the side of the Museum via our ramp and stairs.
- Internally there are stairs and a lift to all floors.
- Disabled Parking is available by prior request.
