Event description
Get an insight into what life is really like as an undefeated World Champion boxer. Johnny Nelson MBE competed from 1986 to 2005, held a WBO title from 1999 to 2006 and remains the longest reigning cruiserweight world champion of all time.
Now an established boxing pundit and motivational speaker he runs his own foundation, raising funds to support under privileged families in Yorkshire.
A proud patron of the Brendan Ingle Foundation and active ambassador for Prostate Cancer, Johnny was awarded his MBE for services to sport and young people in Yorkshire and received the honour in loving memory of his former trainer and friend, Brendan Ingle.
