Event description

Free outdoor Jazz concert at Todmorden Bandstand in Centre Vale Park, featuring Arun Ghosh and Hot Club of Halifax. Saturday 22nd of August. 2pm-5pm.

Arun Ghosh is an award-winning clarinettist. Arun, along with his quartet will be bringing their signature Indo-jazz sound to the bandstand. Expect soaring melodies, hypnotic basslines and driving drums.

Hot Club of Halifax will be giving Todmorden a flavour of the Golden era of jazz as well as an eclectic mix of songs from around the world, inspired by Django Reinhardt and other jazz greats.

Completely free of charge. No booking required . Everybody is welcome!
