Heritage Festival Fun Day at Calderdale Industrial Museum
Event description
As part of Halifax Heritage Festival, Calderdale Industrial Museum is holding its second Fun Day on 14th September. There will be music and hands on activities including stone carving, wood carving, doffing and spinning. You can have a go at some old fashioned children’s games and look round the museum as usual. All this is included in our normal admission charges.
Our café is open as usual serving a selection of light lunches, snacks and drinks, where you can take a break during your visit. Our shop has an interesting range of souvenirs from local artists and craftspeople.
All included in the entrance fee: £5 per adult, Concessions £4, Children FREE.
Please pay at reception and get your hand stamped to access all areas.
Calderdale Industrial Museum is Open Saturdays 10am – 4pm (last admission 3pm) and also Thursdays in the School Holidays
Accessibility Information;
- Access is to the side of the Museum via our ramp and stairs.
- Internally there are stairs and a lift to all floors.
- Disabled Parking is available by prior request.
