SUMMARY:Halifax Heritage Festival - Music at the Magistrate's Court
DESCRIPTION:With Rhythm & Brews Café and Cube Choir\, as part of Heritage Weekend you can experience a Courthouse unlike any other! Calderdale Magistrate’s Court is now home to Calderdale Music and the Wellness Centre. \nThe building has been transformed in to a dedicated music teaching and performance space whilst keeping many original features\, and this is your chance to have a guided tour whilst also experiencing the building being used for it’s new purpose! \n6pm-6:30pm: Live music in Rhythm & Brews Café\, song lyrics and sheet music will be provided if you want to play/ sing a long\, or just come for at listen with a brew! \n6:30pm-6:50pm: Guided tour of the building (not usually open to the public) \n6:50pm-7:10pm: Singing Workshop in Courtroom One with Cube Choir (you are welcome to listen if you don’t want to take part.). \nFree entry \n
