Join us for our very first Young Traders Market!
At Halifax Borough Market, we’re providing a platform for the next generation of budding entrepreneurs from Calderdale and beyond to showcase their creativity and products.
For this launch event, we’ve teamed up with the National Market Traders Federation’s (NMFT) competition being held across the country. Participants have the chance to go through to a regional heat, and potentially the national final in August.
Judging the competition here in Halifax will be the Mayor and Mayoress of Calderdale.
We’re looking to attract as many market lovers as possible. With enough interest, we hope to collaborate with young people, schools, colleges and universities to establish the Young Traders Market as a regular fixture, providing a gateway into the world of business.
