Guided Tours of Halifax Town Hall

Wednesday 6th April: 1pm-2pm
Not open to the public since before the pandemic, come and enjoy a guided tour of this fantastic Grade II Listed building, which is of immense architectural importance.
Designed by Sir Charles Barry (architect of the Houses of Parliament) and voted one of the top ten Town Halls in the country in 2008 by Architect Today magazine, the building never fails to impress visitors from far and wide.
These tours will be led by Calderdale Council staff, who have worked in the building for many years, and who have both an interesting and sometimes humorous tale to tell of their experiences in Halifax Town Hall!
NB Please arrive 10 minutes early for your tour, and note that latecomers will not be able to be admitted.
No dogs permitted inside the Town Hall except Assistance Dogs.
£5 per person for all ages, no concessions
