Guided by Heather from Wild Heather Wellness, a certified Forest Therapy Practitioner (CMA-Accredited), each monthly session invites you to slow down, learn about nature connection, and enjoy a mindful and reflective time outdoors.
Through a mindful walk with nature insights, a sensory meditation, and a series of exploratory forest bathing invitations, you’ll deepen your relationship with the natural world. The experience closes with herbal tea, guided journaling, and a gentle sharing circle, leaving you restored and more deeply connected to yourself and the earth we call home.
