Friday Night Live @ Square Chapel is a platform for emerging and local musicians to showcase their talents.

Arden Sky – is an acoustic duo that blurs the lines between a covers show and an original set. They take repertoire from the last century of popular music, rearranging it into their own style and organising it into setlists that tell the untold stories of independent musical artists, venues and communities.

The Hazy Janes – are a two-piece blues-rock outfit formed in late-2020, featuring Ellis Best (Vocals & Guitar) and Bron Bury (Drums). In short, think of how the White Stripes might sound if they came from West Yorkshire, drank craft ales and listened to Led Zeppelin. ‘This band will explode into 2022! These lads come across like a two-man Led Zeppelin with interstellar rocket engines!’ – (With Just a Hint of Mayhem)

Wolforna – are a four-piece rock band from Leeds, UK, that initially formed as an acoustic trio in 2019. As the band progressed, Wolforna introduced Theo Fieldhouse on drums in early 2021, signalling the start of their journey into the hard rock genre. The music they create is a contrast of classic rock ‘n’ roll style rhythm guitar blended with modern lead undertones and crisp melodic vocals combining to make their individualistic sound. Wolforna draw influences from artists such as; Queens Of The Stone Age, Biffy Clyro and Pearl Jam. As post-pandemic live music events pick up through 2022, Wolforna continue to persevere with establishing themselves as a key player in the UK rock scene.
