As part of the Calderdale Festival of Food, Willow Tree Cafe at no.5 in Sowerby Bridge want to celebrate their ‘Local Heroes’ – their local suppliers providing delicious food – and will be providing a special Breakfast and Lunch menu showcasing this.
The Willow Tree Breakfast Special will feature local (Huddersfield) roasted coffee with their milkman delivered milk (Luddendenfoot), plus a choice of any of their artisan bake’s from Rogers (Marsden). Lunch Special will feature sourdough from Rogers, with locally made Yorkshire Dama Cheese (Sowerby Bridge), local honey from Hubberton (Sowerby) and a can of sparking juice (from suppliers in Halifax).
