Crafting Day Course at Halifax Minster – Make your Own Hand-Stitched Journal Cover Inspired by Anne Lister.
Friday April 8th £30 per person 20 places available, book via Eventbrite.
Join us in the beautiful historic Halifax Minster where Anne Lister worshipped and where her baptism and funeral services were held. The Minster Broderers are running a day course where you will be able to make a hand-stitched diary/journal cover inspired by Anne Lister. Using simple stitch techniques you can create your own keepsake to remind you of your visit to the Anne Lister Birthday Festival and record details of your trip in the notebook !
This course is suitable both for beginners and those with more experience. Full tuition will be given.
All materials plus A6 notebook included in price. Tea and coffee provided. Other refreshments available at extra cost or bring your own lunch.
Please arrive at 9-45am for prompt start at 10-00am.
