SUMMARY:Christmas in July - Indian Block Printing Stationery Workshop
DESCRIPTION:A fabulous opportunity to get that festive feeling in July! Join our Indian Block Printing workshop on Saturday 13th July\, 10:00 am – 12:30 pm and create some Christmas stationery. \nAll materials will be provided for you to create your own Christmas cards\, tags\, wrapping paper and even an Advent calendar. The workshop is at the lovely Curioddity shop in Elland\, HX5 0BW. Tickets can be purchased via the website. \nAfter an introduction to the craft of block printing and some practice\, you will choose from a wide selection of hand-carved Indian wooden blocks and get going on your seasonal master pieces.\nAn easy and enjoyable craft\, suitable from ages 8 and up (children must be accompanied and please purchase tickets for anyone who would like to print.)\nAprons will be provided\, but please bear in mind that you will be working with paints! \nWhat’s included:\nMini bags\, pegs and string to make your Advent calendar\n20 greeting cards and envelopes\n20 gift tags\nWrapping paper and tissue paper. \n
