Christmas in July – Indian Block Printing Stationery Workshop
Event description
A fabulous opportunity to get that festive feeling in July! Join our Indian Block Printing workshop on Saturday 13th July, 10:00 am – 12:30 pm and create some Christmas stationery.
All materials will be provided for you to create your own Christmas cards, tags, wrapping paper and even an Advent calendar. The workshop is at the lovely Curioddity shop in Elland, HX5 0BW. Tickets can be purchased via the website.
After an introduction to the craft of block printing and some practice, you will choose from a wide selection of hand-carved Indian wooden blocks and get going on your seasonal master pieces.
An easy and enjoyable craft, suitable from ages 8 and up (children must be accompanied and please purchase tickets for anyone who would like to print.)
Aprons will be provided, but please bear in mind that you will be working with paints!

20 greeting cards and envelopes
20 gift tags
Wrapping paper and tissue paper.
