The fourth annual Calderdale Food Gathering takes place on Thursday October 3rd at Halifax Borough Market.
Hosted by Calderdale Food Network, this event is an opportunity to
-showcase the region’s vibrant food culture, providing an opportunity for you to sample and buy local produce and get to know the wonderful producers and traders from across Calderdale.
-meet the amazing individuals, groups and organisations who are working in our region to establish a sustainable food system for all.
-collaborate and share ideas, celebrate positive actions and add your voice to the Calderdale Good Food Movement
The historic surroundings of the Albany Arcade will be home to food and drink pop-ups and a local produce market as well as providing a platform for local organisations, community groups and cross-sector stakeholders to engage in discussion and showcase projects and initiatives to inspire and support the development of a sustainable food system for our region.
Accessibility Information
There is step-free access to Halifax Borough Market from all eight of its entrances. The entrance from Albion Street is the closest to the Albany Arcade, where the food gathering is taking place.
