Beginners Chair Caning Class

Saturday 14th of October Saturday 21st of October Saturday 28th of October
Learn the heritage craft of chair caning in this one day class learning the six-way caning pattern used in most caned chairs. You will take away with you the small panel you have worked on and the basic knowledge allowing you to undertake your own chair caning projects at home.
Class sizes are limited to 5 people so if you are coming with friends it’s best to book early and together. If you are buying the workshop as a gift a gift certificate can be issued on request (further dates in the New year yet to be released).
Refreshments:
Hot and cold drinks are provided but please bring a packed lunch

Accessibility Information:
Unfortunately these is no step free access. There is one flight of steps up to the loading bay, from there we take a lift up to the workshop on the third floor.
