This special Anne Lister Afternoon Tea will be in the comfortable and attractive settings of Harvey’s famous restaurant on the 2nd Floor, and will offer a selection of sandwiches, cakes, and of course a scone with clotted cream and jam! You can choose between either tea/coffee, or for a small extra charge really celebrate in style with a glass of prosecco. The perfect welcome to Halifax, and a great place to relax with friends – new or old, at this exclusive event for the Anne Lister Birthday Festival!
Harvey’s of Halifax is a 4th-generation family-run department store trading on Rawson Street in the centre of Halifax, its grand home since 1950, although the business started back in the 1920s. The glass lift inside this magnificent building will transport you up four floors of quality shopping including ladies fashions, shoes and accessories, perfumery and cosmetics, menswear, lingerie, linens, homewares and gifts.
