Here’s your guide to Bonfires and Firework displays across Calderdale for 2022!

SATURDAY 29TH OCTOBER 2022

Lightcliffe Scout Group Bonfire and Fireworks Display

Gates 6pm. Fireworks Display 7.30pm at Coach Road, Lightcliffe, Halifax HX3 8SU (opposite Lightcliffe CE Primary School)

  • £10 adult (£8 in advance)
  • £5 child (£4 advance)
  • £25 Family (2 adults and 3 children)

Strictly no personal Fireworks or Sparklers allowed.

FRIDAY 4TH NOVEMBER 2022

Brods Big Bonfire

4pm The clubhouse and bar is open with the kitchen serving food plus a wood fire pizza oven and coffee truck serving from the patio area; 6.45pm The bonfire will be lit; 7.30pm Our fireworks display; 8pm Entertainment moves inside the clubhouse with live music from Jimbo Lynch; 11pm Last orders.  Denholme Gate Road, Hipperholme, Halifax, HX3 8JU

  • Tickets are just £5 per adult. Accompanying under 16s don’t need a tickets and go free.

NB Tickets are limited in number and available from the Clubhouse. Please note, no tickets will be available on the gate on Friday so please do not try and attend without one as you will be turned away.

Please be aware that attendees are asked not to bring their own fireworks or sparklers on the night.

NXT LVL Firework Extravaganza

Doors open 6pm, Fireworks 9pm, E Mill Courtyard, Dean Clough, Halifax, HX3 5AX

The biggest firework and pyro musical display in Halifax, firing from the roof of next level at Dean Clough. Homemade food on sale until 8pm. Pie & peas available until 10pm.

Bankfield Social Club Bonfire, Fireworks Display & Disco

Disco at 6pm; bonfire lit 7pm; fireworks from 7.30pm. 9 Huddersfield Road, Elland, HX5 9DW

The Moorlands Firework Spectacular

7pm onwards; The Moorlands Inn, Keighley Road, Ogden, Halifax, HX2 8XD

DJ ’til late, food available and a Pink tribute act featuring Donna Moody. Tickets have very limited availability.

Elland Round Table Bonfire and Fireworks Display

5.30pm – 8pm at Hullen Edge Park, HX5 0QY

  • £5 General Admission
  • £2.50 Concessions (Under18s, OAPs, Disabilities)
  • £15 Family (2 adults and up to 4 children)

Todmorden Cricket Club Bonfire & Fireworks Display

Gates from 5.30pm; Bonfire Lit 6.30pm, Fireworks 8pm

Bar & beer tent, food stalls, kid’s rides & other attractions.

  • Adults (16+) £4 (£5 on the day)
  • Children £2 (£2.50 on the day)

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. It is strictly forbidden to bring our own fireworks or sparklers.

Casa Bonfire Night Terrace Party

Minimum age 18. From 6pm-11.30pm, Casa, 281 Elland Road,  Brighouse, HD6 2RG

Join us on our terraces for our bonfire night lakeside terrace party, featuring live DJs and a huge firework and laser display it’s not one to be missed! Guaranteed to be a great night!

ALWAYS FOLLOW THE FIREWORK CODE

  • Stand well back
  • Keep pets indoors
  • Keep fireworks in a closed box
  • Only buy fireworks that are CE marked
  • Light at arm’s length, using a taper
  • Follow the instructions on each firework
  • Never give sparklers to a child under five
  • Don’t drink alcohol if setting off fireworks
  • Always supervise children around fireworks
  • Light sparklers one at a time and wear gloves
  • Never put fireworks in your pocket or throw them
  • Never go near a firework that has been lit – even if it hasn’t gone off it could still explode
  • Stay Safe, be Considerate (let our neighbours know you will be having a display, especially if they are elderly, or they have pets of children) and don’t become  a Nuisance.
