Friday 9th March

Smokie are playing live at The Victoria Theatre Halifax 7.30pm

A rich, nostalgic and earthy collection of northern people’s memories of the inter-war years with songs from the twenties and thirties A Rose Between Two Thorns is at The Actor’s Workshop, Halifax at 7.30pm (with a final performance on Saturday at the same time)

Hurry up, Jess is no ordinary play. The show is being performed in a bedroom in Hebden Bridge tonight at 6.30 and again at 8pm. Somewhere between theatre and real life, during this heart-warming tale about friendship, loyalty, and coming to terms with loss, you won’t just watch a show; you’ll live it.

Rear View Revealed is a multi-sensory installation that brings together the people and places from concept to creation. Rear View is a unique outdoor theatre show that takes place on board a moving auditorium that was specially designed, engineered and made at IOU's creation centre at Dean Clough, Halifax. Rear View Revealed opens to the public on Friday 9 March 2018 and will be on display until Spring 2019.


Saturday 10th March

Discover Elegant Georgian days, great benefactors, forgotten houses, fine architecture and a murder with Calderdale Heritage Walks. Meet David Glover at 2pm by The King's Centre, Park Road, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 2TS

Overgate Hospice Choir invite you to their Annual Hymn Sing at Brighouse Central Methodist Church, 7.30pm.


Sunday 11th March

Take a Total Tour of Todmorden Town Hall, with access to the secret spaces, including the former Caretaker’s Flat and holding cell. Total Tours start at 2pm, last approx 2.5 hours and include tea, coffee and biscuits.

See one of the world’s best loved nursery rhymes brought to life at Square Chapel There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly,  2:30pm Age: 2-7 Years.
