Friday 17th November

Come to St George's Square Hebden Bridge on Friday November 17th 4.30pm-6pm for the Hebden Bridge Christmas Lights Switch On. Enjoy live music from Bazzmatazz and the Peace Artistes and a festive fireworks finale! There's free mince pies and mulled wine at Hebden Bridge Town Hall.

At Square Chapel The Road to Huntsville blends fact with fiction and is an exploration into unconventional love, state homicide and cats (8pm).

The Temperance Seven bring their inimical style of early jazz to Victoria Theatre’s Green Room  (7.30pm).

 

Saturday 18th November

The Mytholmroyd Christmas Market and Christmas Lights Switch On takes place from 12 noon until 5.30pm this Saturday 18th. A fun-filled day with lots going on for both adults and children and a firework finale, the Christmas Lights Switch On will be at 4.30pm

The Shibden Christmas Craft Fair is the perfect place for present buying or to treat yourself, with selection of local crafts and produce. (Sat 18th & Sun 19th Nov 10am – 4pm)

Creative stall holders will be filling the beautiful Waterfront Hall for the 3rd Christmas ARTfair, at Hebden Bridge Town Hall, with stalls full of homewares, gifts, art, photography and festive magic during this one day, eclectic Christmas Shopping Experience! (11am – 4pm)

The Quireboys at playing Arden Road Social Club, supported by Crosscut Saw (Doors 7.30pm).

 

Sunday 19th November

The Shibden Christmas Craft Fair continues at 10am.

Join Calderdale Heritage Walks to explore Historic Heptonstall. Meet Margaret Nortcliffe at 2pm in the Heptonstall Bowling Club Car Park.

Sea Legs Puppet Theatre’s gentle, musical adaptation of Hans Christian Anderson’s classic tale The Ugly Duckling is at Square Chapel 2:30pm. Approx running time: 60mins Age: 3+).

Folk rebels MAWKIN are live at Square Chapel Centre for the Arts (7.30pm).

Limited tickets are still available to see funnyman Milton Jones at Victoria Theatre. (7.30pm)
