Many thousands of people with profound and multiple learning disabilities cannot use standard accessible toilets. They need support from carers to use the toilet or to have their continence pad changed.

Standard accessible toilets do not provide changing benches or hoists. Many are too small to accommodate more than one person,

Changing Places toilets are different from standard accessible toilets, with extra features and more space to meet these needs.

You can find Changing Places toilets in Calderdale located at the following five  locations. Non-visitors to the venues (i.e. if you aren’t otherwise visiting Eureka!) are welcome to use these facilities. Please make yourself known to the staff at reception areas, who will be happy to assist you:
