The more stars, the higher the quality and cleanliness and the greater the range of facilities provided. Silver and Gold awards reflect the very highest levels of hospitality, cleanliness, service and food quality. Some larger hotels may show as being 'Accredited', rather than having a star rating. 'Accredited' accommodation is part of a large branded hotel group and will be clean and comfortable.
